Love Raising
Rooted in Hope. Growing Toward Healing.
We focus on at-risk communities throughout Colorado, particularly in the Denver Metro and Southern Colorado. Through grassroots outreach, trauma-informed support, and community partnerships together we’re planting seeds of safety, dignity, and generational healing.

Our Current Work
The Sunlight Bears Campaign
The Sunlight Bears Campaign is a grassroots initiative designed to provide discreet, trauma-informed support to individuals at risk of sexual exploitation or abuse. Each teddy bear wears a custom t-shirt that includes a hidden resource—The National Sexual Assault Hotline—giving survivors a private, non-threatening way to seek help when they’re ready.
These bears are more than comforting toys; they’re messengers of safety and healing.

Real Impact Through Trusted Distribution
To ensure these symbolic gifts reach the right hands, Inspire Light is partnering with frontline organizations, including:
-
Women's shelters
-
Outreach and medical programs for at-risk youth
-
Domestic violence centers
-
Mental health organizations
-
Law enforcement victim advocate teams
These bears will quietly show up where they’re needed most—offering hope without drawing attention, and inviting survivors into safety, one gentle moment at a time.

Thanks to You We Surpassed Our Goal!
With your support, we raised $947, exceeding our $750 goal!
These contributions cover 60 teddy bears, 60 custom-printed shirts, and shipping bringing the Sunlight Bears Campaign to life starting in the Denver Metro.
This fall of 2025, we’re gathering the bears and shirts to launch the campaign with partner organizations, creating safe, compassionate ways for survivors to access help.
Your support is more than funding. It’s a movement to plant seeds of restoration and resilience, reminding every survivor: you are not alone.

Our Long-Term Vision
A Sanctuary in the Southern Colorado Mountains
We're preparing to develop a survivor-led Safe Housing Homestead, a secure sanctuary nestled in the Southern Colorado mountains. This space will be more than shelter. It will be a place to rebuild, rooted in healing and surrounded by nature.
The vision includes:
-
Trauma-informed programs focused on rest, gardening, and nature
-
Family-centered support for mothers and children
-
Food-growing and sustainable living
-
Private, secure land for survivors to live without fear
We believe when a woman has her feet on sacred, steady ground—her whole life begins to bloom.
